APPROVED BIDDER LIST
One of the first steps in becoming a trade partner with Bach Homes is to become an “Approved Contractor”. The Procurement Department maintains a list of those who have been qualified to bid on any given Bach Homes project.
We invite you to submit an application to our office through our website. When submitting your application, please fill out ALL of the information requested in order for the application to be processed promptly.
BIDDING PROCEDURES
Requests for Proposals or Request for Quotations are sent to vendors who have submitted applications and have been approved. Any contractor who fails to reply may have their name removed from the Bidder List. Bidders may also be removed from the list for failure to show financial responsibility, for a pattern of late deliveries, or for other poor performance.
Bid proposals may be e-mailed to bids@bachhomes.com, mailed, or brought in person to the Procurement Department. When hand carried to Procurement, it is the responsibility of the contractor to have their bid time stamped by the receptionist. Bid proposals may not be submitted by facsimile, telegram or telephone unless explicitly allowed.
The Deadline for bids is 4:00 p.m. on the closing date, at which time they may be opened and read privately by Bach Homes. After a reasonable time has been allotted to tabulate and analyze the bid, bidders will be notified about the status of their bid.
